Trickle Down On Me

From a great height I expect a little bit of cash to trickle down into my hands as a result of the "courageous" $700 bailout...errrr...rescue plan that passed both the Senate and the House this week, albeit after a bunch of personal earmarks (see local favors) were added to get specific politicians to change their minds and vote for a bill they were adamantly against two weeks ago. I know it will all work out because Trickle Down Economics has worked so well in the past...
